Web store order confirmation and shipping
We offer secure payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay. We also accept credit card payments (Visa, Master, Discover, American Express) and direct bank transfer. Please note that with direct bank transfer, we will prepare shipment once the payment is received.
Our packages are shipped several times a week. Usually within a few days after the order confirmation, you will receive a track & trace code via email. The orders are picked up from the Hyunah’s studio. The transit time usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive, depending on its destination. For US shipping, it will take 3-5 business days, and Canada or Oversea will take 5-14 business days. If you are in a hurry, please get in touch and we can book a priority shipment (for a surcharge). Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the delivery to be booked. And please check Current processing time for made-to-order or commission work. Hyunah Kim Art ships worldwide, the shipment fee all free, but for international shipment, we can send Unstretched Canvas only. Note that international customs charges are the buyers responsibility.
We securely pack the painting in layers of bubble wrap and a wooden board, in a firm cardboard box.
If you see any damage when your package is being delivered, you can either refuse the shipment as [damaged – return to sender] or you can have the delivery company mark the tracking as [received damaged, subject to further inspection]. Please file the claim immediately! You also must keep all boxes and packing material. When you call you will need the tracking number of your box, a description of the damage, and its value. Please make photos of the damages package and send them to us with the info of your actions on it.
If you would like to have the artwork within a specific time please contact us for options. A priority surcharge may be applied.
Commissioning an artwork
On receipt of a commission we will provide you with a specification, an approximate time schedule for delivery and a price for the artwork + delivery.
On completion of your custom artwork, you will be sent pictures via email. Adjustments can be made based on the client’s wishes. In order to pay for the artwork, we set up a custom item in our web store. On receipt of your final payment we will make arrangements for the delivery of your artwork. Please note that the custom artworks must be paid in $ (USD) therefore the price for a commission may change due to fluctuations in exchange rates if you are completing the transaction in another currency.
Returns and cancellations
If you wish to return any non-commissioned items purchased from Hyunah Kim Art they must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be in their original state. You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned to Hyunah Kim Art in its original state and without any damage. Delivery charges are not refunded. Hyunah Kim Art will refund the cost of the item in full, however, please note that if you paid for the item using PayPal, PayPal may charge you for return of funds and any charge incurred is not covered by Hyunah Kim Art.
In the unlikely event of an issue with the quality of the product or if you received the wrong product, Hyunah Kim Art will resolve the situation to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. Please contact us to explain your specific queries and agree to a course of action.
Hyunah Kim Art holds the right to cancel an order made in the web store, if the price or any of the specifications of an item are not displayed correctly. If it’s too good to be true, it usually is!
This website does not collect any personal information other than that entered by those purchasing our products. Any information provided to purchase a product is solely used for that purpose and is not disclosed to any third party. Credit card details are only retained as required by the processing company to demonstrate approval for the transaction provided by the clients.
