“What I am aiming for now is to go beyond the expressionism that has been in the past, to break away from the way others have always done, to open the door to my senses, to my inner unconscious, to fully enter into it, and to find out what is in it. Lines, planes, dots and non-verbal symbols. While creating some metaphysics floating in the unconscious, one by one, I discovered a strange thing. I just drew a large dot, but in some drawings, the dot seems to shout at me. 'I'm not a big dot, I'm the moon!' When I enlarged the dot, the moon-like feeling is just because the moon is rising in my subconscious mind.”
